Refund policy

Returns NOT Accepted

As my goal is to create a sustainable business long term, I've chosen not to accept returns. I stand by my products and if an item is lost or damaged in transit, just let me know and I'll make it right by replacing it or refunding your purchase price. 

If you have any questions about a product that you need answer before ordering, don't hesitate to send me a message before you place an order and I'll gladly help.. 

NOTE > Businesses that accept returns must cover the cost of the return shipping and the disposing of the product.  Some businesses do this by charging a restocking fee.  Most businesses cover these potential costs by including them in the original selling price, so in a sense we all pay whether we return the item or not. Not accepting returns means I don't have to do this.
